Is it necessary to submit a full text of the paper?

The Organizing committee of the International Forum "Russia and Ibero-America in the globalizing world: history and perspective" plans to publish papers in a single edition. All papers should be submitted in digital version via e-mail directly to the Organizing committee by 15th of September 2017. In case of non-providing of the paper in time the Organizing committee reserves the right to refuse the publication of the paper regardless of its quality.

All papers will be sent for reviewing to independent experts before the publication. Requirements for formatting the papers are stated in the “Instructions” section of this website.

In what language papers will be presented?

Working languages of the Forum are Russian, Spanish, English and Portuguese languages. The paper can be presented in any of these languages.

Will the service of simultaneous translation be provided during the Forum?

The plenary session will be held in Russian and Spanish with the simultaneous interpretation into Spanish/Russian languages. The issue of translation during symposiums is under discussion at the moment. Presentations during the magistral conferences and round tables will be translated from Spanish into Russian.

Is it possible to use technical equipment during the presentation?

To use technical equipment during the Forum speakers should notify the Organizing committee on this matter in advance.

In what language reports of a conference will be published?

Papers of the Forum will be published in Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and English (depending on the language of the text provided)
